Ken has been a member of the Alamo City Men’s Chorale for ten years, beginning in the fall of 2000. He sings in the Tenor I section and is also a member of the Alamo City Ensemble Singers, known as the ACES.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southwest Texas College and a Master of Arts degree from Southwest TX State University. Currently I work for San Antonio College as an adjunct English instructor.

Education has been his passion , serving both as teacher and administrator since graduation from college. He also held the position as School Board President and Vestry President for St. George Episcopal School and Church, respectively. In addition, he served on the board of Texas Military Institute and was Headmaster of San Antonio Academy.

San Antonio has been his home for the past twenty-three years with a two-year stint in Houston. He was married and has four beautiful children and now three grandsons. “Guess that validates that I’m old!” says Ken.

He is now happily partnered with Robert Martinez, who is an ACMC Baritone.

Here’s to a new and exciting year for the Chorale!
